Work at Future500?

We are a small team consisting of driven, creative and critical thinkers, specialised in custom-made web applications. Our language of preference is PHP.

We have determined that we most enjoy our work when we: Have fun, have team spirit, continuously improve ourselves, deliver the best value within practical limits, are involved in the why of our work and when we can pay it forward when it comes to open source.

We strive to have long-standing relationships with our customers, most have been with us for years. This means we work on a mix of new and legacy projects but we have autonomy when it comes to taking care of those products. We have automated all hosting platforms, testing and deploy pipelines to ensure consistent quality or our work.

You would join a remote-first environment, with the tools to support this way of life. With the team you come up with solutions to business problems. You develop together (with pair programming or code reviews) but you can deploy to production on your own. You would reflect on and improve the process through retrospectives. If you wanted you could also take a temporary position in other companies to provide your expertise. There is no boss to tell you what to do.
